ABOUT ABOUT

As an official United States of America Vietnam War Commemorative Partner, Frisco Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 8273 is proud to host an event to show ALL Vietnam Veterans in our community they are celebrated, appreciated and honored for their service.

Ultimately, it is the “Welcome Home” they never received after returning home over 45 years ago. Please join us for refreshments and a commemorative ceremony these veterans rightfully earned.

This ceremony will include a keynote address from Major General James E. Livingston, Medal of Honor Recipient, USMC (Ret). General Livingston is the mostly highly decorated Marine Infantry Officer from the Vietnam War and it is the Frisco VFW's pleasure and honor to bring him to Frisco, TX.

While this event is FREE and open to the public thanks to our generous sponsors, RSVP is REQUIRED. In this day of increased health concerns associated with COVID-19, the Frisco VFW requests that social distancing be practiced while in attendance. In addition, face masks are encouraged to be worn and will be available on-site, while supplies last. Hand sanitation stations will also be available in order to mitigate risk.

Thank you to our generous sponsors!!
